Company History
The Door Doctor started trading in 1986 operating the business from a workshop and office at their home and, over the years, the husband and wife team built up a reputation for good quality workmanship and reliability.
At that time it became apparent that there were many companies selling new double glazed doors and windows but it was difficult to have existing ones repaired and maintained. The Door Doctor was formed to meet this need and we have been expanding our range of work over the years.
By employing and training staff, the business expanded until we moved into shop and office premises at the current location in Lipson Vale, Plymouth
We now employ a team of service engineers who carry out repairs and service to doors and windows at private and commercial properties. We provide free quotations as required with no obligation and our vans are stocked with a wide range of spare parts.
We have a sales counter at our premises for Trade & DIY customers, and our knowledgeable sales staff can help you with product selection and technical advice.
The Door Doctor has a fully computerized stock management system, so that we can check stock levels in our shop and on our vans. Any items which we do not hold in stock are available to us on a special order basis.
We are now one of the most established Door and Window maintenance companies in the South-West.
